23. Refunds to the Original Payment Method
When a refund is approved, it will generally be sent to the original payment method used for the purchase whenever technically possible.

- A card payment refunded to the same card account
- A PayPal transaction refunded through PayPal
- An eligible wallet transaction refunded through the corresponding payment method
We do not normally redirect refunds to an unrelated card, bank account, wallet, or third-party account.
24. Refund Processing Time
Under our Return & Refund Policy, an eligible refund is processed within up to 7 days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
After Formcloth issues a refund, your:

- Payment processor

may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
These additional posting times are determined by the relevant financial institution or payment provider.
25. Refunds for Approved Order Cancellations
If an eligible order is successfully canceled after payment has already been collected, the applicable refund will normally be returned to the original payment method.
